SUPERPOSITION #2027·01 · Peach · Co-Ferment · Filter

A Colombian Geisha from the Los Patios station is superimposed onto Peru. The de-pulped coffee is co-fermented with a peach concentrate and the station's own solution: two days over which the fruit soaks into the bean, before a patient dry-down. The Geisha, of legendary floral finesse, brims with fresh peach, marshmallow and tropical fruit — creamy, luminous, never heavy. Two coffees, two worlds, held in a single cup until the very first sip.
