This lot was designed for espresso: a 50% natural and 50% pulped natural (honey) blend made from Red Catuai and Mundo Novo varieties. This dual processing approach combines sweetness, roundness, and structure, with added aromatic brightness from the honey fermentation. In the cup, it delivers pronounced sweetness with notes of brown sugar, caramel, and honey, a balanced acidity, and the creamy texture typical of Cerrado coffees.
