This coffee is crafted by the members of ASOPEP, an association of 175 coffee-growing families in Planadas, Tolima. Committed to quality and environmental sustainability, ASOPEP's coffee has consistently represented the Tolima region in the Cup of Excellence and other national competitions over the last 12 years. This particular blend is naturally processed and dried at ASOPEP's communal drying station, where cherries are hand-sorted, fermented, and dried to 11% moisture content on raised beds or concrete patios.
