This coffee, grown by Luis Anibal Calderon at Villa Betulia, is carefully harvested, fermented, and dried under controlled conditions. It’s a 100% Gesha microlot, a varietal discovered in Ethiopia in 1931 and later introduced to Panama and Colombia.

In the Los Santos region, the Castro family has grown premium Caturra coffee since the 1970s. Only ripe cherries are handpicked, then depulped, washed, dried, and sorted for export by size, density, and color. Despite a lower yield this year, quality remains the focus.

Halo Hartume - Ethiopia
Ethiopia / Yirgacheffe / Gadeb
This natural coffee comes from nearly 450 farmers who bring their cherries to the station for careful sorting. The cherries are dried on raised beds, turned every two hours, and covered during the hottest part of the day. Once dried, the coffee is stored in jute sacks in a warehouse in Chelchele, 5 km away.
